1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Moontucked Stories, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Moontucked Stories for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Subscription and Payment

• Users may sign up for a 7-day free trial
• After the trial, subscription fees will be automatically charged
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Refunds are not available for partial months
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• All stories generated by Moontucked Stories are provided as-is for personal use
• You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute stories without permission
• Moontucked Stories retains all rights to the software and service
• User-provided information (child names, preferences) is used only to personalize your experience

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moontucked Stories or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the site, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Moontucked Stories could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the site at any time without notice.

8. Age Restrictions

Moontucked Stories is intended for parents and guardians aged 18 and older. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
